Returns & Exchange policy

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at madefromtheheartt@gmail.com . Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Shipping and Handling

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item
Packaging:
Please pack items securely to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 14 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Shipping Fees:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We do not allow for exchanges unless its an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at madefromtheheartt@gmail.com. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order number.
Resolution: We will offer a replacement or refund for damaged or defective items. Return shipping costs for such issues will be covered by us.
